- Description: Pick fresh Longjing leaves in the core Longwu tea area with local tea farmers.
- Duration: 1.5 Hours
- Details: Walk into rolling tea fields, learn the standard lift-and-pick method, gather pre-Qingming or pre-rain leaves, take photos among the tea hills, and hear how Longjing cultivars differ.
Hand-Roasting Workshop
- Description: Follow a master roaster from fresh leaf to finished Longjing tea.
- Duration: 1 Hour
- Details: Watch the first firing in a hot wok, then try guided motions such as grasping, shaking, pressing, and shaping. Smell the finished leaves and learn how drying develops Longjing's flat shape and aroma.
Longjing Tasting Class
- Description: Learn to judge tea grade, aroma, liquor color, and brewing style.
- Duration: 1 Hour
- Details: Compare three Longjing grades, study leaf shape, liquor, and infused leaves, then taste for roasted-bean or orchid notes. A tea master demonstrates glass-cup brewing and gaiwan technique, with three seasonal teas included.
